APPLICATION

TERRA CEIA VILLAGE CRAFTS FAIR
March 12, 2014 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The 28th annual Crafts Fair will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at the recreation hall and grounds. There are very few tables available so, if you cannot provide your own, call to reserve one. They will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Most spaces are 12' wide. Tables must be covered to the floor with covering provided by the exhibitor. One chair per booth will be provided.

All exhibitors are expected to stay the full hours of the show - there will be absolutely no early tear-downs allowed. If you cannot stay set-up until 2 PM, please do not apply.

Show will be held rain or shine. Outside spaces have no weather protection, so bring your canopy or sun umbrella.

All crafts must be hand-made by the exhibitor. No commercial, purchased or flea-market items will be allowed. All not complying will be asked to leave and will not be considered for future shows. Demonstrations are welcome.

One item, with a minimum value of $5.00, hand-made by exhibitor, unwrapped, identified, is asked to be contributed as a door prize. Any gift certificate must apply to any purchase. This should be turned in upon your arrival when registering. Tickets will be distributed free to all who come to the Fair. There will also be a raffle; tickets for that will be sold before and on the day of the Fair. Entertainment will be provided.

Coffee and baked goods will be available and a food booth will serve hot dogs, sausage hoagies and sloppy joes for lunch.

Of the inside spaces, some are in the hall itself and some are on the screened-in porch. All inside spaces are approximately 5' deep and most outside spaces are 10' deep. If you prefer to be inside and can display within the 12' wide by 5' deep space, please so indicate on the application below. If you prefer the deeper outside space and/or use a canopy, please let us know that on the application. If you have been in our show before and want the same location, mark that also. We will place you in your requested location if at all possible.

All first time exhibitors must send 4 photos - 2 of work, 1 of display and 1 of you creating your craft. Space fees are $20.00. Tables are $6.75 each. (See accompanying letter.) Fees are due with application. Spaces will be assigned as applications are received and by category. Acceptance of your application is a commitment to show. Your cancelled check is your evidence of acceptance. If you want confirmation mailed, include an extra SASE, marked "confirm". Fees will be returned to those not accepted. Once accepted, there will be no refunds.

Space assignments will be mailed about one week before the show.

Registration and set-up begin at 7:00 AM the day of the show. Your photos will be returned with your packet of information at that time.

This show is advertised in local newspapers and on local radio, as well as being listed in national craft show magazines. The enclosed flyer is posted at various parks and businesses. If you want more flyers to disbribute, send another legal-size SASE marked "flyers".
